#3986 I am going to preface this with saying Terp Thon is a fantastic cause and is worth while to giving to and it does a lot of good. Now that that has been said I want to say that the Terp Thon girls who were at the Maryland vs Oregon State game, NEVER COME BACK. You were the saddest excuses of fans I have ever encountered and that is saying a lot considering this is UMD. Honestly the whole wall blew. We had to get Testudo to go over to you and ask you to stand up, and even then you were hesitant. Honestly I am so pissed, our fans were not there for the team. I don't care if Jesus is at the game, if you aren't there to support the team, DON'T COME! I am sorry if anyone is offended, but if you were there you know I am right.

#3985 I thought I was in love w/ my best friend, but later I realized I loved her so much as a best friend by the time we don't talk no more. I wish we can be friends again, but guess not.

#3981 I'm sick of being told that long distance won't work. I'm not new to this, I'm a freshman but I've been committed to this person for a long time. He wasn't my high school sweetheart or anything, we've always lived about five hundred miles from eachother. I'm used to it. I know what I'm doing.

#3980 we met over the summer, through the accepted students group on facebook. at first i couldn't believe someone as cute as you could have anything in common with me, but i was so happy to be wrong. we like so many of the same things, and found ourselves chatting about them for hours. i even accidentally told you how cute i thought you were, and you weren't even put off. i was so excited to finally meet you when school started, and i had so much fun with you during welcome week. we hung out for days, you introduced me to your friends, and for a little while, i really had hope that we could be something.
we haven't hung out since then. sometimes i try to text you, but i only get a handful of responses before you drift away again. i tell myself it's because you're just busy with school, but i know deep down that i wasn't pretty enough for you. whatever image you wanted for yourself in college, i just didn't fit into it. and that's okay, i guess. you're entitled to the life you want, and i have no right to take that away from you. i just can't seem to convince myself to hate you for it. i know i'd forgive you in a second if only we could at least have the tentative friendship we'd started with. but i also know that that's too much to ask.
