#4962 i try so hard not to, but i always end up hating the guys who reject me. i guess i feel betrayed. i know it's awful and unfair--literally all they did was not be attracted to me, by no fault of their own, and most of them were perfectly polite and cordial about it--but i find myself looking for reasons to hate them. i secretly hope that they're douchebags, and that's selfish.

#4961 It makes me happy to see that the girl that rejected me in high school multiple times has already started to get fat. I was always sort of a loser in high school, without a lot of confidence and not as muscular as all the other guys. The girls i tried to make a move on always took advantage of me and then eventually friendzoned me or rejected me because i didn't seem as desirable as the other guys.
It doesn't matter though because over the last year and a half i decided to work on myself.I worked out, studied hard, made friends with people that were genuine, and if they weren't genuine i cut my ties with them. After all this i never noticed the incremental progress i was making but things finally seem to be paying off.
My confidence and self esteem have grown enough that i've finally realized that the girls i was shooting for in high school weren't worth my time. They were petty and narrow minded and they still are now. I was just naive enough back then that i didn't see it.
Seeing the one girl slowly start to gain an unattractive amount of weight is just what made me finally realize my progress. I dont wish her any ill will and i'm not a bad person but i'm not going to feel bad for being happy that she's not doing as well as me. Call it schadenfreude, call it being a cynic. It just makes me proud of my hard work.

#4960 I dont understand why all my high school friends stopped staying in touch. Not one of them makes an effort to message me or call me. Even when i message them they dont respond. I understand that we weren't best friends but i never did anything to deserve such isolation and rejection. You could go through my facebook inbox and see 20 outgoing messages that were "seen" by my friends yet they didn't bother replying back to me.
I've made new friends here but i feel like such a social loner because no one from my past wants to bother maintaining the friendships we've made. I'm not hurt, i'm strong enough to move on. But just because i'm strong enough doesn't mean that it doesn't bother me and makes me feel a painful emptiness in my chest.

I'm just waiting to get my degree so i can get a job and then use my free time to find out what my passions really are. Or atleast i hope it works out like that...

#4958 Why do girls do this: They clearly know you're interested in them because You flirt with them, then ask for their number and they give it to you, then you try to ask them on a date later on and they say "I'm busy this week..." Or make up some excuse (maybe legit excuse) BUT they don't tell you when they're free to hang out or try to reschedule. So maybe you try again and then they give another excuse. My point is why don't girls just tell the guy "hey I'm not interested" or "I'm not looking to date, let's just be friends" or something that will make the guy stop trying to ask you out. That's better than just leading him on. I'll respect you more if you stop leading me on and tell me the truth and we can be just friends instead of things being awkward when I see you at a party which clearly tells me you're not busy as you claimed. Remember karma is a bitch.

#4957 I only see my girlfriend about once a month. And tonight I spent my only time with her for the next few weeks with her asleep on me. All I can say is it has been the best spent time I have had in weeks. There is no feeling like the feeling you get from having the woman you love asleep in your arms. I am a lucky guy and I won't forget it even for a second.

#4955 as a fat girl, I was super afraid to start going to the gym just because I thought everyone was going to judge the shit out of me. solution: I watch Arrested Development with my Netflix app while I run on the treadmill! it's hilarious, perfect time length for jogging a couple miles, and distracts me from thinking that people might be looking at me. fucking do it, people! :)

#4956 I'm starting to think that Hollywood romances fill the same role for women that porn does for men.
