#6011 I took a course for a CORE requirement and (thought) I dropped it by the drop date but apparently my drop didn't go through the system, so I was still enrolled in the course and so I didn't turn in the term paper or take the final exam. [/run-on] I therefore got an F for the course, and when I talked to the registrar's office, they said I needed to petition the dean's office for a retroactive withdrawal.
Tl;dr: Does anyone have any experience/advice with retroactive withdrawal appeals? I'm in CMNS and the course was HIST, but any advice from anyone would be appreciated.
