This sounds bad but it's not an insult or putting down the value of what she does:she doesn't say anything extraordinary, it's mere common sense mixed with compassion. Her advice is rarer than it should be. She's a breath of fresh air.

#6584 Personally, I don't see the point in having an "un-passable" exam. Not only do I learn absolutely nothing, but I also am discouraged from trying to continue to learn for that class at all. What good is a class if I average below 50 percent on every exam, even if I study for a week? I know this is a problem for a lot of majors here.

#6583 I became friends with someone who goes to UMD (I plan on transferring in a year) and I really like him, and I think he likes me, but he has EXTREME anxiety (which I've seen and he's personally told me). I don't know what to do. Do I wait to see if something happens even though he's super fucking anxious? Should I make a move? I just don't wanna be rejected on the 10 percent chance he might actually feel the same....but I don't want him to have a panic attack if I just lean over and kiss him...
