#7933 Seeing everyone post statuses about how they all got A's and B's in their classes makes me feel like shit. I failed 3/5 finals and my gpa will be like a 2.7 after this semester. My major is engineering so I guess I'm not allowed to complain or all the non stem majors are gonna ream me out. Just gotta put up or shut up I guess.

#7932 It cheers me up that so many people (like Fligel) on the confessions page offer advice and help. Seriously, offering a total stranger that kind of compassion? Faith in humanity restored! It doesn't even matter that they might be bored or nosy or whatever, it's great that they're using their time in a generous way.

#7931 I've been fortunate enough to receive a full transfer scholarship. I have to maintain 3.2 cumulative GPA to keep it. Any tips/advice on how I can accomplish that? I will be transferring as a Junior majoring in Family Science. Thanks in advance!

#7929 I'm pretty sure I just failed out. I wish I didn't transfer here this year. I guess I just wasn't ready. I should have taken time off to make sure my anxiety and depression were manageable before coming here. Turns out staying in bed sad all day is detrimental to your grades haha. It sucks knowing you blew your chances at your dream school cause you couldn't balance your life. It sucks more that even if you do somehow get back into UMD your LEP probably wouldn't want you back. I made good friends and wonderful memories here though so there's that. I'll miss all of it.

#7928 I hooked up with the whore of the Indian community in the beginning of the school year without knowing her background and now I have been blacklisted by the Indian community. Don't get me wrong, she has many brown friends, but now when a brown girl is told I hooked up with her she immediately stops talking to me. Wtf! It gets so bad that I use another name to talk to girls and I deny any social media account I have. Yes I have hooked up with girls that knew we messed around, but why I am I being judged by the entire community for this. A lot of girls and guys say I should stop talking to them in general if that's how they're gonna judge me and I like all girls regardless of color, but fuck brown girls are the easiest to connect to culturally and even religiously for me. Its not just hooking up, I would like to make a connection if its there. I am going onto my senior year and its so frustrating because she's involved in all the Indian clubs and dance groups or has friends in the ones she is not in. The worst part is that she brags to every Indian friend she has about hooking up with me so there's no escaping the horrible decision I made in the past.

#7926 It took me awhile, 3 years at UMD, to realize that grades don't matter as much as this uniersity wants me to think they do. I'll pass the class or I won't. I'll graduate in 4 years or I'll graduate in 5. As long as I graduate and can look back and not regret my college experience. I'm not going to spend the rest of my years here crying over classes or being depressed because I couldn't make the grade I wanted. I'm going to do the best I can and see what life has in store for me as well as learn some shit on the way.
