#7941 I didn't have any luck finding a boyfriend at my last school. I just transferred to UMD this spring, and I'm hoping my luck turns around in these next couple years. The only problem I've been having so far is that most guys here are either taken or not boyfriend material at all (looks-wise or personality-wise). Ugh, where is my perfect boyfriend on this campus? :(

#7940 So I just finished my first year here at UMD after transferring of which I'm beyond grateful for since coming here has been one of my lifetime goals since before I could remember. But besides the great education part of the goal, it has been to come here and have the typical "college experience". That being said I've made a grand total of zero friends here (friends being someone who would actually ask me to hangout). When placed in a setting where I can get to know people like work or a project I'm a pretty likeable guy it seems but I have zero ability to just start random convos with strangers. I read all these posts about problems with friend groups, etc. and I wish I had those social problems. Who would've thought it'd be that hard to find friends with the same interests as me (smoking weed, playing sports, going out to parties/bars, etc.) I understand no one's gona invite a random guy to a party when part of the criteria for a good party is not having two many guys but I really didn't think it'd be this hard. I know its 99% my fault because the little self-confidence I had was absolutely shattered by a long-term, destructive relationship that ended a while back but then I actually will go out and have something happen like one time I tried to introduce myself to a girl (who wasn't all that attractive herself) and she literally looked at my hand, left me hanging, laughed, and walked away. I know I'm not that attractive but I also know for a fact I'm not fugly as a decent amount of girls have told me I'm cute or something like that. Sorry for the book but I just wish it wasn't that hard to even make a few friends on a campus this big when I know that a high amount of them have the same interests I do and I'm pretty sure I'm an easy-going, down to earth guy. I know the obvious answer is join a frat and I know they're not all douchey but since one of them literally told me one time "We pay so we don't have to hangout with people like you" that's been something I have no interest of associating with.
And to the people who have either liked, laughed at, criticized, made fun of, or given advice to my 5-10 confessions this year, thanks for being the closest to friends I've made here.

#7938 I find girls with small-medium plugs and well-done sleeves sexy as fuck. Too bad I don't have any tats or piercings so they most likely wouldn't give me a chance at all :(

#7936 It's a dealbreaker if a girl can't run a 10K... how many girls can actually run six miles?

#7935 My hormones are going insane right now. I haven't had sex since January and I'm so thirsty. It doesn't help that I'm on holiday in Germany and have some inexplicable attraction to German guys and German accents. I'll see a guy who I would consider "meh" walking down the street and hear him speak German and my panties drop to the ground so quickly.

#7934 I'm so sad to be graduating. Not because this is goodbye to a lot of people, but because I didn't get involved enough on campus to make any large groups of friends. I don't feel like I'm a part of anything big, and it makes me feel alone and lonely... and even embarrassed. This hurts and sucks, especially seeing everyone post group graduation pictures.
