I know I shouldn't care, but I'm a lot more upset than I should be about not having a single match on tinder.

I'm not a student at NAU, but the girl that I'm crazy about is. I work with her, and when we're at work we spend most of our time together. She's everything I want in a girl. Pretty, smart, extremely determined, and she laughs at my jokes. She just got out of a long relationship but I'm pretty sure she's over her ex. I just don't know what to do because if I was to start a relationship with her out employer would frown upon it and then it would just be awkward. And if I did ask her out and she said no, work would be unbearable. I'm crazy about her and I don't know what to do...
