I use to struggle with crippling depression. I feel I've been to hell and back all in my own head. If there is any advice I can give to people struggling with similar problems: Please, get help. There are so many wonderful things to experience in life, I know how difficult it can be to even fathom that, and how horribly untrue it sounds. Just, trust me. Even if it's at the HLC just do it.
