I'm 5'2 & 155 pounds and I'm trying to get down to 125 pounds or at the most 135.(since I have naturally very large breasts as an F cup). I want my body to be in proportion with my chest size and to also have a flat tummy, no celluite and no rolls.

Please give me tips on how to lose weight in a short period of time and how to gain lean muscle too.
