The girl that lives across the hall from me has the most annoying laugh I have ever heard. I suspect that she and her roommate are stoners because it seems like EVERYTHING is just hilarious to her, especially at 12 - 1 in the morning. She sounds like goose being strangled in the initial burst of laughter and then in turns into the violent sounds of a chipmunk gang bang. I can't.
