Soo lets say the bus is realy full and you're sitting next to someone. Next stop is SBS/Business where pretty much everyone gets off. If the person next to me doesn't get off is it weird or rude to move over a seat so we aren't rubbing shoulders awkwardly?

I really like this guy. He's in my friend group, and I'm pretty sure he knows I like him. He gives me mixed signals all the time, like smiling at me and constantly staring at me, then ignoring me when I text him. I don't know what to do because I don't want to scare him off. I already tried making the first move a while ago, but he kind of rejected me. Helppppppp.
