On Halloween this girl dressed up as "Rosie the Riveter" got offended that I didn't recognize that she was dressed as Rosie the Riveter. Well pardon me for remembering learning about the millions of MEN who were getting ground to pulp and frozen to death on the plains of Western Europe instead of your Rosie who "courageously and bravely" worked on airplanes in a factory on the mainland. Some women's attitudes these days stink. That's my confession.

There are so many beautiful, godly, women here on campus, I would be surprised if I did not find my future wife at Fox. But as a student who is equally devoted to his athletics and a job, I feel as though I could never give a girl the time she deserves. Even if I gave up every second of my nearly non-existent free-time, it just wouldn't do.
I know the "go-to" method would be to multitask and find someone who studies the same major or plays the same sports so we could share our time, but I've had my eye on someone for a long time here, and she doesn't fit that description. She is ALWAYS on my mind, but I've kept my feelings for her to myself because I'm afraid that the lack of time we could spend on each other would be too little to maintain anything...
Do I have to become less engaged as a student or athlete? Are my only options compromising my time for other things or else giving her up? If I wait years down the road when I'm not so busy anymore, chances are it will be too late. How do other people make this situation work out?

The only reason I hate Halloween is because it causes me to break my diet. Curse you free candy

I think I kind of like the roommate of this girl I've been casually seeing, but am not attracted to romantically. Is there a rule for dating the roommate of a girl you've been out with? I'd love a guy's and a girl's perspective if possible...

I am attracted to every single person on campus with a longboard. Being able to longboard makes anyone like at least 67% more attractive.

I have a problem with oxycodone and vicodin. A couple weeks ago I got rid of the rest I had and decided to stop taking them. I used to take them to escape from my depression and my anxiety. It worked for a short time- for awhile after taking them I would feel happy- perhaps even "normal" I thought. But when they wore off I was always put right back where I started- very depressed and anxious and alone. I'm proud of myself for giving them up. Even though I know the use was dangerous, and obviously by the time they wore off it didn't help anymore, I still really miss them. Sometimes I feel like I /need/ them, and like I have no escape or hope without them. My best friend is currently upset with me. I messed up. I just want to escape again.

I have a crush on Trevor Pielstick's. He's such a good guy with a sexy beard and body. I wish I could date this hunk of man. #Beardswins
