Seriously, to everyone who is going through anything like depression, anxiety, stress, break ups, or even a stupid fight with your best friend and would like help and someone to talk to, go upstairs to counseling! It helps so much and you're already paying for it through tuition, so why not use it?! You won't get regret it and it won't hurt.
