My boyfriend and I have only been dating for a little bit (not even a month). We have so much in common and we both agree that its like we were made for each other. I have super strong feelings for him, but don't know when I should tell him. When's the best time to tell him how much I like him (and am falling in love)?

I was really excited when I saw that Amber was running for homecoming. She is the nicest person I have every met and her smile can light up a room. I am 100% positive that if everyone on this campus knew Amber they would vote for her in 1 second because she is just that great......and I am not even part of her organization/campaign.
