To those who are condemning others for whining about their workload: I used to walk around with a chip on my shoulder, too. I used to look at the highschool cheerleaders practicing outside my window and be jealous of their innocence and silently condemn them for it.

I just graduated from UWEC and I never worked while I atteneded classes. I lived with my parents who never asked anything of me. They make good money and don't need anything from me. Now, looking in from the outside, you'd think I was a spoiled brat. However, my mother is actually paying me back.

You see, when my parents divorced after my mom found out that my dad molested me, she still needed help with my 5 younger siblings. At the same time, she was going to school to get a job that would pay more. I took care of the family, put off school, and worked full-time to help my mom pay the bills. I started this at 16. This is what I mean by my mom is "paying me back" by letting me live in her house for free.

Like several have already stated, you don't know people's lives. Even if they've had it perfect and you haven't, there is always going to be someone worse off than you, who would tell you to stop hating, stop being angry, and knock that chip off your shoulder. It only hurts you, not them; they have no idea that you're walking around with this anger and pain.

So there was this guy I met earlier this summer. I thought he was really nice at first. The night we met I went home with him and we slept together. I was worried the next morning when I left it was going to be a one night stand, because I hate just hooking up. He assured me he liked me and we hung out a couple times after that. Then one night he invited me out to a party with him. I met up with him where we drank, danced, and ended up having sex in the back of my car. After that he tries telling me that I only came all that way for sex and leaves me at my car. First off... go fuck yourself. I actually did like you and you were lucky I tolerated your bullshit for so long. Second, if I just wanted sex I could have easily found someone better looking with a bigger dick. Yes, if you didn't know, you suck in the bedroom, but at the time I didn't care because I was stupid enough to like you at the time. Don't worry though, I can do much better than you. You enjoy your man whore stage while I look for something real with a real man. :)

Dear people who park in Putnam lot,
Is it really that hard to park within the lines? Here is a thought, maybe if you are on/over the line you should straighten your car out! It would make parking for everyone else 1,000 times easier.

Every time I read a confession about someone hating their roommate I really hope that it's not my roommate writing it. I also really hope she doesn't think I wrote it.

I think people need to start confronting their roommates about their issues.
