This is probably going to be unlike most of the posts on this page, but nevertheless, I have been contemplating joining the Navy with a contract to attend BUD/s which is the first step to becoming a SEAL. I feel like the normal career path sitting behind a desk would kill me and I need something more. I am totally confident that I can complete the training, I'm just worried about leaving people behind. I love my girlfriend and she would probably want out if I went this route, but I just don't want to live with regret over not chasing my dream of being part of something amazing. Thoughts?

I was out this weekend and I saw one of my oldest friends, who has a girlfriend, dancing with a different girl, I didn't really think anything of it cause dancing is dancing. But at some point I turned around and I saw him making out with this other girl! I am so pissed off at him for doing this to his girlfriend, she lives in another city and I'm not even friends with her, but I feel like I should tell her. If I was in her shoes I would wanna know.. But at the same time i feel like it's none of my business.. Any advice for what I should do?
