My boyfriend is friends with this girl we both know who is far prettier and skinnier than I am. Whenever we're with her I can see in his eyes that he likes her and is attracted to her but I think he stays with me because he knows she would never go for him. At least I hope. I feel helpless and heartbroken and so ugly in comparison, but I can't bring it up to him because he'll react defensively and act like I'm just jealous and overreacting. I trust him, but it still hurts to see him look at her in that way.

I like a guy who is at least 3 years older than me but he is super sweet and has a wonderful personality. The only thing is I'm not sure if he likes me back. How do you know if someone likes you?

I really like this girl, but I know I shouldn't date her. But I enjoy talking to her, I just don't want to lead her on! This sucks.

I kind of want to try watching Monster High, but I know one of two things are going to happen: either the storywriting sucks, or I actually like it and basically become the MH version of a brony.

R. I wish you weren't totally out of my league, because I think it would be pretty amazing to go out on a date with you sometime. But I only see you when you're working and even if I had the courage to ask you out, I'm sure you would just think I was another drunk girl hitting on you even though a majority of the time I'm pretty sober when I see you. Maybe one day I'll actually build up the courage to finally say something. M.
