Having asthma isn't an excuse or a crutch... I understand being self conscious about being overweight... But there are a TON of athletes in professional sports and even the Olympics who have asthma and look how fat they are. No one will judge you for using an inhaler, I use them all the time. If someone gives me shit for it I promptly tell them to go fuck themselves and to get a life. Also as far as being overweight nobody is going to judge you for going to the gym and trying to make a positive change in your life. In fact I think you would be surprised by the amount of support you get, best of luck.

I feel as if I'm becoming invisible to everyone. Nobody takes time out of there day to acknowledge me, and the only remotely human stimulus I can get is if I engage them in conversation.
