Well guys, on top of my car dying, me failing my physics class, and not being able to go home until Friday my boyfriend of just over a year broke up with me last night. I'm ready to go home and be with my family. I can't handle anymore of this semester.

So I'm just looking for opinions here on a situation. One night I got super drunk-like I blacked out a good chunk of the night-and I woke up in some strange guy's bed in a strange house. It was one of the scariest moments of my life. I jumped up, put on my clothes, and ran to my friend's house. The guy had barely woken up, and I didn't say anything to him. I don't remember consenting to having sex. I only remember being led into his room, but the memory is a faint glimpse. I have another faint glimpse memory of him being on top of me. I probably did agree to it, but I don't remember. Would you guys consider this rape? I'm not looking to press charges-I don't even remember what the guy looked like! I'm just curious.
