It seems that every time I come home I find myself in a mental fog that I can't shake off. I hate that I come home and I have this blanket fog over my head about thinking of anything that requires higher cognitive functions outside of the basics. I don't have this when I am in EC, in my room on campus, but here, at home it's horrible.

I hate my boyfriend's best friend. His best friend is a girl and they used to hook up and I feel so threatened and like I'm just a fill in for her. He didn't even tell me after I asked, he waited for like a week! I hate her!

Don't get me wrong it's perfectly fine if you went somewhere for Spring Break and we're happy that you got to enjoy yourself, but you really don't need to rub it in the face of everyone who couldn't afford to do anything. Maybe we have specific reasons why we had to stay behind and maybe some priorities were just more important, but hey you know... keep telling us how bad our life sucks in comparison to yours and how we aren't living it up like we should. That's totally the right thing to do to make us feel better about it...
