I'm a 20 year old girl, who is looking for a boyfriend that doesn't only want to date to have sex. What happened to emotion in a relationship? I'm not the prettiest chicken in the coop, but I do know how to love and have a connection with someone on an incredibly deep level. I know this is almost pointless but I figured I would see if there are any guys out there looking for the same.

I don't understand people that listen to music extremely loud (in a non-party setting). Do you just not care that it annoys people around you? Or are you too dense to realize it? Personally I think its a Narcissism thing they think they are doing us a favor, educating us in a way, by letting us listen to the music they deem "good".

After 2.5 years I ended it with my wonderful, loving boyfriend who was never anything but there for me. He doesn't know it, but I still am and will forever be in love with who he is. I'm only sorry that it wasn't the right time for us to be together.

First you reject me as a girlfriend and a friend, and then you go find a new girl right away? I thought I was worth more than that to you. And by the way, she's ugly.

That post about getting pregnant too early got me thinking. This might be the age of the Anti-Teenage Pregnancy Movement, so to speak, and there's nothing wrong with that. But to shame the girls who have unfortunately gotten pregnant is very wrong. For instance, to say, "I applaud anyone over 18 who is still not pregnant" or something of the sorts is horribly demeaning. Clearly teenage pregnancy, or pregnancy before someone is ready, is, for lack of a better term, bad. But it's equally bad, even ignorant, to think of yourself or others as superior for not having gotten pregnant. There are so, so many reasons a girl could've gotten pregnant--it's more complicated than a lack of birth control. Examples? An abusive relationship. Medications interfering with birth control. Intoxication and bad decisions (not acceptable, but not an uncommon situation for ANY college kid...some are simply luckier than others). In most cases, yes, pregnancy is preventable. But if, for some reason, a girl has gotten pregnant accidentally, do NOT shame her. Chances are, she's dealing with a lot more than you could imagine.
Pregnancy prevention? Of course. Pregnancy shaming? Shame on you.

I literally have no friends on campus. Sometimes I think that people don't understand that I have social anxiety disorder. I honestly just don't feel comfortable in certain social situations with a lot of people. I also feel terrible because I think I have a learning disability in math. Throughout high school, I was known as the "super smart kid." I struggled through math by trying super hard. Now it doesn't matter how hard I try. I just don't understand the material. I placed in the lower 1% for my ACT score. I finished math 20 with a B, and now I'm in math for teachers. I feel so stupid when I can't even understand elementary math.
