I wonder if I'm bigot sometimes without realizing it. I am kind of antisocial and have a very difficult time expressing love. I'm not even sure I know what that emotion feels like. I hate that side of me and always try to make sure never to let it show, though judging from reactions of people around me that isn't always the case. I don't see myself as a person who feels his skin color makes him superior to other people (even I'm not that fucked in the head). Also, I think GLBT people should have rights because I have gay and lesbian friends and family and I know they feel natural love and attraction. Also, I'm not religious so I could care less what your beliefs are and I am not against immigration, building a giant wall, or any of that bullshit because I know how fucked some countries outside of this one can be and if it were me I would want to live in a place with this much freedom. I know and believe all of these things. The problem is that I can't express what I know and believe emotionally. I guess bigot might be a strong word. Douchebag might be more appropriate, I dunno. I seem to outdouche myself every day and I'm getting tired of hurting people's feelings and getting under their skin. The few friends and family who still like me tell me that I just need to get out more and socialize, but I'm afraid of saying more things subconsciously that I know I'm going to beat myself up over. It's at the point where I never want to leave my apartment because all I have to do is walk in a room of people and you can feel the tension. This country is evolving towards being a place that is about diversity, equality, and love. Humanity as a whole is becoming more connected and more conscious and I feel like my fear of people and unwitting displays of assholery will result in me having continued trouble in finding work and maintaining relationships. Even my entire family has a hard time being around me. I guess I have some resentment towards many of them for so many years of being an asshole to me and possibly taking part in making me the person I am today. I just want to get over all of this shit and be a loving, sensitive human so I can move on with my life. How does one change an attitude that is so deeply embedded? How does one learn compassion?

I miss seeing that tall sexy guy with tattoos on campus. Once I figure out who you are, I'm coming for you!

Again, why is there not a "rate my beard" page for UNT? Or why is that not a part of confessions?
There are some really, really sexy beards.

When I was in Jr. High I slept over at my best friends house and woke up at around 3:00 am due to feeling a draft in the general vicinity of my unmentionables. As I looked down I was greeted by my stiff 3.5" poking through my boxer pants. The blanket was on the floor and I was sleeping on the living room couch. His whole family was home, and hopefully nobody went downstairs to get a drink of water. This still haunts me today.

That sinking feeling you get when you see a cute white guy and start dating him only to eventually realize that he is infected with subconscious/unconscious racism.

when someone lies to you about something they did, and you know pretty well they did it because the evidence points to them.. but you have no actual proof, how do you get over the suspicion?
