I've been single for most of my life. I've recently started using dating websites to see if I can find a match. I find it funny that a lot of these women on their profile say they will not talk to you unless you have a lot of money or can be their sugar daddy. What ever happened to having your own career, your own money and just finding a good gentlemen? Money should NEVER be the defining factor in a relationship.

I've made some amazing super close friends in just the 1.5 years I've been at UNT and that's considering I was commuting up until this coming fall too. I've made more and better friends in that year here than I have in the 19 years I've been living in my shitty hometown, McKinney, where I had nothing but bullies and some... Loose aquaintances at best, so you could say that I'm pretty new to this whole friendship thing. But now that I consider them pretty much indispensable, I worry about the future. They say that friends come and go throught life but I worry that I will never be able to find any more like them later on in life. I'm not 100% dependent on them, I can live and have fun and pay the bills on my own, but among our hangouts at night and our life discussions and plans to look forward to, they helped me find out things about myself, they made me feel welcome and accepted whereas back in McKinney I felt nothing but rejection and ridicule directed at me. They helped get me out of a very long depression and borderline suicidal phase (though never had any attempts that I can remember) that I was in for years and I never want to go back in that phase again. I worry that whenever we all graduate we will drift off to our own life/jobs away from each other and eventually just lose contact with each other sort like how many high school graduates do. I had few real friends in high school so I wouldn't know about that, but others do. People tell me to live for myself, but I don't see what the point of doing anything is without people to share experiences with and not to mention my own family is always so angry in general and so intolerant about anything that defies THEIR norms so we really don't get along so basically these guys are the closest thing I have to family in a way. I'm also a much more introverted and shy person whenever I'm not around them (although they've helped me out with being more assertive too) so I worry that making any new friends will be hard for me as well. If any of you guys are reading this, you all know I really feel this way as I've said it before, it's not too hard to figure out who I am, but thank you for everything. I cherish every second.

My professor helped me cheat on an exam once. And by "helped me cheat" I mean "told me all the answers".
