#1532 I am in a fraternity and I must say I respect someone a lot more if they are well dressed as opposed to looking like a high school hipster. Some of you will say oh well I do not need nice clothes to fit in or make me feel good about the person I am. Well let me just say this: cute girls (as shallow as they may be)gravitate around fraternity row on weekends. They are attracted to guys who like to look good. Corporate America prides itself on looking professional. UNT is a joke compared to UT, A&M, TCU, hell even SMU. We are a Texas school boys and girls, to build our reputation we need to stop trying to be so weird just for the sake of being weird. I am not trying to ruffle feathers here, but this school can be great, and for some of you it may already be great. But as a Finance major, I would like to do away with the artsy reputation of this establishment. So ditch the My Little Pony t-shirts and ripped jeans. Dress for the job you want, not the job you have. In your head you will say, "well gee OP I am a student". Correct: you are a student, and if you want to be a student forever keep dressing like it. But if one day you want to be working for a Forbes 500 company or maybe teaching at an institution of higher learning as a tenured professor, start acting like it.

TL,DR: This school needs to cater to pre-professionals interested in corporate success and stop being so one sided towards musicians and artists.

#1531 I'm 6'4" weigh 205, I work out at least three days a week, I drive a truck, love to go hiking and hunting. I listen to metal like Pantera and Upon a Burning Body, and I love to mosh. Most people I know say I'm fairly intimidating, but I legitimately get excited when I hear Ace of Base on the radio and can sing most of their songs.
