those 8 free counseling sessions worked wonders. If you are ever scared about talking to someone, please go to the sessions. They've convinced me suicide is not the way out of my problems, and i am finding the root to my problems and getting further help. They truly do not judge you for things you say you've done or the way you feel. Please go, they just might save your life.
