I honestly believe I've been abducted. It happened right outside of my old elementary school one day when I was walking home from work. it was late and all I can remember was a sudden sense of fear and flash of light and then I woke up in my bed with no recollection of how I got there. While I agree with you, uniformity would be good, you can't go across state lines and buy a gun. You have to be a resident of where you bought the gun. Also you can't legally bring a gun banned in MD from another state. Stop talking out your ass.

People steal guns. Especially if they plan on using them for crimes. Gun safes are large, and advertise where all your guns are. Also it's just generally a bad idea to keep your guns locked up somewhere. You can't get to them when you need them. If you have enough time to dig through a safe you have enough time to run. When you don't have enough time for either you're just fucked.

Felons already are banned from owning firearms, after any gun related incident the laws protecting gun owners are forfeited if they are intoxicated or test positive for drugs(which yes some states do drug test after ANY call involving a shooting). Many states hold a gun owner criminally liable if a shooting results from a child getting a hold of their weapon. While yearly classes aren't a thing, carry permits often require them. Having a gun safe is a terrible idea if you don't have children as it can make your house a target for thieves, also the worst place to have a gun for protection is somewhere out of reach which requires a key or code to get to.

Like I said, most of what you want is already implemented and the rest is simply impractical and unenforceable

I will come out and say it, my mom is a lazy asshole. She does nothing but sleeps, takes off from work, and watches TV all day. She also depends on my dad for financial income, and my dad seems to be okay with her lazy unambitious attitude towards life. This is primarily why I did so poorly in school. Both my parents didnt go to college, and their definition of success is getting a degree, and being able to pay for the bare minimum and entertain yourself all day.

I have a confession. I'm a piece of shit and I harass people whose lives I have nothing to do with. I will be responsible for a child's earliest memories being an extremely toxic relationship between her parents. I will call a person a friend, and then slowly poison his relationships, I am a garbage person and will die alone, possibly by my own actions.
