i'm starting to worry that i have depression. i'm a psyc major and i've learned how to talk myself out of my "dark places" but its getting harder and harder to do so. on the outside everyone probably thinks i'm just fine, but on the inside i feel like no one would care if i disappeared. i don't feel valuable or special to anyone, not even family. i became a psyc major so i could be a counselor and help make sure others never have to feel the same way. but it's hard as hell sometimes to be the only person that's ever there for me.
