I'm watching Doctor Who and drinking alone tonight instead of going to Art Attack and partying there. I'm okay with this.

I love UMD Confessions. It reminds me that, even when I feel alone day to day, there are really people who feel the same way I do and appreciate the same things. Hell, I'd be lucky to get more than five likes on one of my Facebook statuses, but on this page posting some Macklemore lyrics or ranting about gender issues will get me dozens. Even if it's anonymous, it's nice to know there are people out there who feel the same way I do.

As for the depressed confessions, it's understandable. I think just about anyone can sympathize with feelings of loneliness or disappoints about what college ended up being for them (in contrast to their preconceptions). I have never known change to just fall into my lap. Real change takes a lot of effort, so don't get discouraged from failure. If you go to a club and you find out that it's not for you (or it just sucks as a lot of clubs do), try again. The important thing is that you made an effort to be a better person.

I am in such a grumpy mood and keep snapping at everyone. What can cheer me up?
