I am often amused by the incorrect comments made by my friends. Here are some examples:

"There are white people in jails too?"
"He is Indian. But he actually has great work ethics!"
"He is a programmer. But he does not dress like a hobo."
"Hers is all natural flat Korean face that has never gone under a knife."
"That pork dish is so delicious that Jews and Muslims would love it if they actually tried it."
"Is Buddha transgender?"

Oh, and my friends may or may not be German.

I'm fine with guys being a little hairy on the chest and legs. But back hair is absolutely disgusting!

I know I'm being really generous here, but I think politicians should be required to get a 40% or higher on a 20 question exam based on each bill before they are allowed to vote on it.

I'm a little sad I won't be returning to UMD. I graduated. Seriously, I had such a wonderful time there. No, I didn't party much. I just loved the environment and the challenge. It was wonderful. I'll never forget those late night staying up in McKeldin with a few great friends. Taking cigarette breaks every hour, drinking lots of Red Bull, and getting into interesting conversation with random people. Associated with those memories are very strong, positive feelings that I can't explain very well. My suggestion? Take advantage of every moment you have. You all are truly bless to attend such a great place.
