Talking to the people there is so easy, they're students too just like us, they don't judge, and they don't pretend to know what we are going through. Just one 30 minute conversation gave me the strength and hope I needed to get back on track. Not saying it's that easy for everyone. But if you have even the slightest will to live, and I believe everyone can dig deep and find one tiny little piece of their heart that knows their life is invaluable, take control, take action, don't stick with the status-quo, you'll be surprised---

#3665 A girl in my CMLT275 (world literature by women) said that she dates guys based on their major!! Being one of the 4 guys sitting in that class i was really surprised that she said that. I really believe in falling in love and all that fairy tale stuff (cant believe i just said that, but any who). Try not to be too salty. Just because my parents are paying my out of state tuition doesn't mean I'm lazy, parasitic, or any of the hostile things you just said. I've worked since 11th grade and yea I enjoy the good things, a few extras, designer handbags etc. .... My parents will never know how truly grateful I am that they've always been overly generous with their hard-earned money, even when I've been so much less than perfect. They are the example of generosity and selflessness for me - they have always given me and my brother the best even if they can barely afford to do so and still live the comfortable upper-middle class lifestyle that they have earned.
But you know what 3653?
You can bet your ass I will pay for my kids' undergraduate education, the school of their choice. They'll graduate debt free just like I will. I will never ever come close to being as forgiving and generous and humble as my parents are, but I will pay it forward.

don't be so hard on people you know nothing about, personally my best friend's dad makes almost half a million a year, and her life is the farthest thing from easy, or perfect.
If there is one thing I've learned over my almost 19 years on this planet it is that money has very little to do with life satisfaction.
