#3707 No offense to everyone who posts on this. But to me it seems like everyone on here wants answers to their problems. At our age, life is about finding ourselves and enjoying what we have and pursuing for more. I am not saying asking for help is bad. But I think that people need to rely on themselves for their inspiration and their answers. We are all relatively well off people, we have our struggles, but we are all in the current situation to better our lives. So in general look at the good, because if you don't you wont ever see it. Enjoy your time here, we don't get forever. And no other time will you have a bigger family.

#3706 i'm yearning for a point in my life when i have some boring desk job because at least it will end when i leave (for the most part). i just want to make my own goddamn choices and not be forced to stay up late doing papers and piles of homework. i'd rather go to work for 9 hours and then get to spend the other 5 doing whatever i want than go to class for 4 hours but have to spend 12 more doing outside work. am i crazy? does college suck this much for anyone else or am i just not motivated?

#3702 I wish that I grew up in Maryland so I knew more people. That's not to say that I don't know any, I've very active in several clubs. It is just that I could probably count the number of people that I hang out with outside of clubs on... alight while I'd be hard pressed to say it is one hand, but definitely somewhere between 5 and 8 and 60% of the time for those people the reason why I'm hanging out with them is related to class.

#3701 At this moment I am pretty much resigned to the fact that I will be divorced. Half of all marriages end up in divorce and most divorces list "irreconcilable differences" as the reasons which means your wife just got tired of you. Women don't naturally like me and I am definitely in the lower half percentile of all eligible men, so I am doomed. But I still want kids, what else is life about after all, so I don't mind. After all their existence is enough isn't it? What is a kid if not your reincarnation? I will take it like a man, I suppose.

Though it is often so very difficult to do, particularly at this age, embracing the positive aspects of our lives is so much more powerful than dwelling and focusing on the negative. Let us be kind to each other, encourage each other, let us lift each other up. Let us make this human experience more beautiful for everyone and remember that we are all doing this together. Let us focus more on how we are all so much alike as people, than on the things that make us different. They only drive us apart. Separation is merely an illusion that we chose to accept.
