I struggle with how my family and male friends would react if I came out to them and I've always wondered if it would get better later on. But the incredible amount of support you guys showed recently, how strongly you guys were willing to stand up for individuals like me gives me a lot of hope for the future, and I really can't express how proud I am to be in such a community. Thank you to everyone who responded to #4054 and #4044 (#4052, thank you for an honest and interesting question and for keeping an open mind, that was not offensive at all. Evolution and homosexuality is a fascinating topic! And Jacob Shpiece that was a brilliant answer!). I think our generation gets a lot of undue criticism for many things, and treating people of all orientations equally is one of the things we do best :).

#4104 I'm just recently having to confront my sexual desires. I guess I kept it very repressed in high school and didn't really pay attention to them but now its on my mind a lot. I'm interested in spending time with another guy-cuddling, making out- nothing too strong at least for now. I've tried higher ed hookups but the site seems dead. Please explain to me how the hell half of you are still wearing shorts and flip flops? It is nearing the end of fall now; yes, there have been some days where it's been above 70 degrees, and therefore nice and warm and comfy. But on days like today when it's 48, please tell me what compels you to go out with half your skin exposed? I simply don't get it. Like, I'm in jeans or sweats and a medium coat and I'm STILL cold, yet you're prancing around in shorts and short sleeves like nothing's up. So, what gives? Because I actually would like to know, seriously.
