#4163 I am responsible for collecting a large quantity of unflushed poops with my hands and then feeding them to birds I pass on my way to class. I am sorry, birds.

#4162 Men: from your perspectives, if a boyfriend keeps asking his girl friend if she's cheating on him, even tho she never had and never even thought of it, does it mean the guy has/is done/doing something he's feeling ashamed of and is asking the girl to make sure she's not doing the same thing?

#4161 I like this girl in Mechanical Engineering and I do not know how to tell her. It is usually easy to get them in bars but this one she is special. Should I give up or trust my guts and talk to her...?

#4160 My roommates don't like the heat on in our apartment. So I'm playing video games so that my computer heats up my room

#4159 I am a person that has a very strong fetish for women wearing open toe stiletto(4.5 -5 inch) sandals. I always fantasize cleaning the dirt off those shoes with my tongue and eating the filth, getting trampled by spiked heel shoes, getting kicked in the balls so hard by the women wearing high heels. jumping on my body wearing high heel shoes, standing on my cock and balls and crushing them with those shoes, getting my body scratched by those heels. I also enjoy brutal kicks to my body and to my balls(till it swollen) with those shoes, hard face slaps, hard brutal punches to my body, spitting in my face.

#4158 This is another tl;dr so skip over it if you want. And it is not about racism or sexism so hang up the keyboard warrior ideology if you want to read this for some reason. Just a heads up because I know a lot of you come here for entertainment purposes and this probably won't be that for you.

So anyways

I had a pretty terrible first two semesters here at UMD, academically and otherwise. After the first semester, I was on scholarship probation. It is now my sophomore year and I have lost my scholarship altogether. I don't go out or anything like that, and I am not going to pretend like I'm a savant but I will say that my intelligence is definitely not the issue here. The biggest problem I had was related to undiagnosed ADHD. Before this sparks a debate about scapegoating or whatever else, please read on with the knowledge that this was an issue for me because I did not know I had it. This meant I had a harder time knowing how to handle my own weaknesses. Now that I've been diagnosed, I'm much better prepared to negotiate through so many more aspects of my life, academics of course included. There are a few things going for me now that I didn't have: medication and university accommodations in part, but honestly the biggest improvement has come from being able to recognize my own behaviors better and now how to quash the detrimental ones.

All well and good with that, but the fact of the matter is I'm sitting on an ugly debt that's accruing in more bank accounts than just mine. I'm fortunate enough to have parents that support me fiscally but they are far from wealthy enough to keep doing this, as much as they want to. I need to get my scholarship back. I need to go through the appeal process, but I'm freaked out by the whole thing. I'm scared I'm going to try to go through and I'll have put it off too long for it to work, or that I'll mess up this semester and not even get an improved GPA (although I should be getting As and Bs this semester, knock on wood), or worst of all that I'll end up being told my situation doesn't warrant the return of the scholarship. I know I need to just do it and not psych myself out like this. It is hard for me to do this when I myself feel like maybe I don't deserve the scholarship back. I get so low that I don't feel like I even belong at this school sometimes. Even though I know I'm more than smart enough. I've been seriously considering dropping out and working my ass off in menial labor so I can repay my parents and my younger brother will be less financially limited for his college options. I know that's the wrong choice though.

I guess I'm not sure what I'm looking for here. If anyone has been through a situation similar to mine, as in they've struggled with ADHD or a scholarship appeal or both, please feel free to give me any advice you want in either the comment box or through your own confession. I'll be keeping my eye out. Thanks in advance.

#4157 Idk if I'm just delirious but it seems like girls are attracted to guys that other girls are attracted to or like you more when other people like you. For example I'd be single and not talking to anyone for months and as soon as I meet someone I start liking, my exes randomly hit me up like "hey what's up?". It's so weird.

#4156 UMD was my dream school. I made the biggest fuss about getting to come to this school and now I hate it. Every single day is a chore to get out of bed. I've joined clubs, met people, gone to parties, and so on, but something just doesn't quite feel right. I've tried to force myself to like this place, I constantly try to reassure myself that I have no reason to be happy here, but the reality is, I can't stand this school and it's culture in general. My classes are absurdly difficult, the professors don't seem to care, people around me are shallow, fake, oversexed, etc. and being here is starting to take its toll on my mental and physical health.

Before I came here, I was an excited, happy person who graduated in the Top 5 in my class, now I'm a secretly depressed, unstable individual who can't focus on anything, crying when nobody looks, and constantly puts on a front and acts like everything is OK (smiling, putting up pictures of me having "fun" on FB, telling my high school friends how amazing Maryland is, the whole nine yards..).

I realize school can be difficult, I'm not a lazy person. I'm willing to deal with struggles, but I can't do it if my heart's not in it. And my heart is not here at Maryland no matter how much I wish it was.

Does anyone have any advice? Because I'm just fucking tired of this.
