#4273 I am not the kind of girl who puts herself out there, so when I met this guy in one of my classes who seemed near perfect, I knew I had to let him know. We chatted all the time, even had dinner with a few friends. Our conversations were like we've known each other for YEARS! When I decided to ask him out casually, he brushed it off. Then when another opportunity came up for him to get to know me better, he blew it off again. WHY?! I'm a smart, driven, nice, pretty, funny girl. What's wrong with all the guys on this campus?!

#4272 If you really deem it necessary to eat your Hamburger and fries in the library and grease up the keyboard and mouse of the library's computer you are using to watch TV shows online, please have the courtesy to wipe down the surfaces you have touched so that others won't have to do it for you. What I wanna say is A) don't waste library computers to watch TV shows while others need them to study and B) eat your greasy food somewhere else and then wash your hands before doing anything else.

#4271 Today at the diner I heard the ladies making my food speaking in Spanish saying that us students are really annoying. Little did they know I'm a white girl that's fluent in Spanish and I gave them a piece of my mind.

#4270 When I was a kid I used to think that people really died in movies and on TV and that they already wanted to die in real life so they volunteered for the roles!

#4269 I'm too afraid to mention this on my own personal blog but when I read about racism and reverse racism I understand that as a privileged white person I will never understand the pain and suffering that has been inflicted upon other peoples and even people similar to myself through racism. But, I cannot for the life of me understand why the loudest of the people that want change can only seem to put down the people that have historically oppressed them instead of working with the privileged people that want to help. Talking about reverse racism as a "ha-ha wouldn't it be funny if we enslaved white people" kind of thing is retroactive and just as problematic as current racism. It seems like we're just perpetuating the problems instead of working to fix them. It makes me so incredibly sad that I can't even talk to people about fixing things because I'm just a "privileged person that doesn't understand anything."
