#4564 If you shit the bed this semester I honestly wouldn't worry... My freshmen year here was miserable(bad grades, no friends, yahta doo yahtaa woo) and things got REAL bad over the summer. Spent a few days in a mental hospital and got help and set on the right path to get mentally healthy. I spent the summer thinking... what the fuck did I do wrong? Ah yes, wrong major...Switched into comp sci(fucking love it btw), and now I'm kicking ass and taking names. Any how, moral of the story is I got all A's this semester and I am feeling much happier about life and my future in general. Take your break to relax and figure out what it is you need to do. One bad semester of grades isn't the end of the world. Things keep going my way I'm hoping to get a 3.5... we shall see. Seriously though, don't sweat it, PLENTY of people fuck up. My grandfather failed out of college 3 times and now he's rich as fuck and raised an awesome family... etc. etc. etc.

P.S. Major study tip: make sure you do at least 2 hours of homework/study everyday except friday. Friday is for getting fucked up or hanging with the homies, either one is fine.

#4563 I feel so dumb, I went and begged my professer to bump my grade up just a fraction of a point, had a complete melt down , then apologized and left. All he did was stare at me like I'm some crazy person, this had by far been the most stressful year of my life at home and school and I keep having break downs every so often at the wrong time with the wrong people. I don't want him to think I want to take advantage of the system but I just didn't know what to do to be able to keep my financial aid. I am by far not a lazy student but like I said, this year had a lot of ups and too many downs...and its going to affect me for the rest off my stay here, IF I'm able to stay here. Damn it!
