#4862 To #4835, I see what you mean. Redefining what marriage is from being between a man and a woman, can be a "slippery slope". I questioned my pro-gay marriage friends if they support polygamy and not to my shock, they said it's different and not the same as the whole gay marriage issue. But I can argue that the black civil rights movement isn't the same since they were fighting against discrimination for their skin color which is static while sexuality and fluid. And the rights they were fighting for were for things like being able to drink water where they want, apply to companies, go to school where they wanted to, etc. Not only just for marriage. Basically, I just wonder why people would oppose polygamy of 3 or more consenting adults yet bash others who aren't for redefining the definition of marriage. By the way, I'm for gay rights but not for the redefinition of marriage.

#4859 I've always wondered why the Bio department has such a huge stick up its ass. First they require a year of calc. Second they require a year of calc based physics. Third they won't budge on anything or even work with you to finish your major.
I honestly feel like they want their students to quit their major. I mean when am I really going to ever need 1 year of calc or hell even calc based physics?
