Because I've been putting my time and faith in unreliable people. Because I may have messed up my graduation. Because I don't have anyone I feel comfortable venting 100% of my stress to without burdening them. Because I've been starving myself without realizing it. Because I can never seem to catch up on sleep. Because I'm starting to think the hookups were subconsciously to make up for something I'm missing.
Don't tell me to call the help line. Don't tell me to go to the counseling center. The last counselor I saw there would fall asleep on me as I talked about my stresses, and restarting with ANOTHER counselor is always a pain in the ass. I'll pick myself up by my bootstraps eventually. But until then, I'll keep feeling sucked into an internal black hole and pretend I can still breathe.
