#6301 I recently just switched my major from engineering, and I'm doing a lot better now thankfully. But i can't tell if i'm doing better because it's something that maybe i like to do or if it's just easier work. I've been thinking lately that i don't exactly like my current major (its not like i hate it, im just not sure where i see myself going with it. i'm doing alright in classes though), but I'm afraid of getting behind if i switch again, and I'm afraid what if i don't even like that one either? idk if this even makes sense but i'm just so conflicted

#6298 It's been one year since we've broken up and I'm still at that stage where I miss her enough to not want to meet other women but I know well enough that I don't want to see her

#6297 I have never been in a serious relationship. I have never been in love. But it's still so painful to me that I haven't found someone. I have liked a lot of guys before but nothing ever works out. Right now I am trying to just live my life and not have so many expectations. I can't help it though. Most guys I meet aren't looking for a serious relationship and just want to date casually or hook up. Obviously I am not looking to get married tomorrow. I just want to find someone who is kind and who makes me laugh, who I connect with and who likes me for me. I don't have much experience but I feel like I have a lot to offer. Everyone wants to feel appreciated right? Don't good people deserve good things? How long do I have to wait before giving up?
The other thing that's hard is being happy for someone you love when they find happiness, especially in aspects of life that aren't working out for you. It's easy to say be happy for your friends, but not so much when the person is gorgeous and intelligent and seemingly perfect. I know no one is, but I can't stop comparing myself. I haven't been happy in years and I don't even know how to be anymore :(

#6295 I know this is really bad, and I'm not going to do it, but the desire to try (JUST TRY) drugs is overwhelming (other than pot, which I'm not sure really counts). Ecstasy and coke being the only two that I really have any inkling of desire to try. I know it's terrible and potentially life-ruining, and I know that the chances of me actually doing them are less than 1%. But I cannot be the only person that wants to. I grew up in a really strict household where I was told what to do and when to do it. Being in this new environment has definitely opened my eyes. Not sure if it's in the best way, either.

#6294 I feel like being morbidly obese is neither attractive nor healthy and should never be encouraged. Rather these people should be encouraged to go to the gym and discouraged from eating mcdonalds, so that they help themselves and the taxpayers money later on
