#6642 Hi, OP from 6616 here. I am so sorry if I made it seem like I was completely ungrateful for what I had, or if I made it seem like I was putting other people's suffering below mine. I would love to be your friend, because I need one, and it seems like you may need one too. Whatever anybody tells you, especially your parents, you're amazing, and you're intelligent, and you're a wonderful human being just the way you are.

#6668 I want to thank the people who continually comment on all of the posts where people are really hurting and have nowhere to turn. You help those people know that someone cares. That's more important than you'll ever understand... your selflessness is incredibly inspiring, and you deserve so much happiness in this life.

#6667 I like to see other people happy. I like being nice to people. If you are a girl and we have a date, i would let you pick time and place because I want things to work out and you to feel happy. My friends blame me for this. They say that i play the women role, and that unless i change and become more tough no girl would take me seriously. I see their point, and know that they are probably right, but I like paying tough I am just not this kind of person and I dont want to pretend being someone else...

#6666 Every time I see a confession about some virgin person who wish they had someone in their lives and I read the comments saying "be patient blah blah blah," I just facepalm. I think we should encourage those people to go out and meet new people instead of waiting for someone to fall in their lap. I used to be that person waiting for a significant other and I wasted (yes, wasted because from what I heard it's harder to meet women out of college) 3 years of college. Decided to make a change and talk to a new girl every day during my senior year and I can proudly say I've done more this year with girls than in the last 20 years so go out there and make it happen people.

#6665 I'm also sick of people commenting here with their white knight, politically correct comments. I mean, I know some posts are really troll douche bag material, but some of them are sincere, unpopular opinions. What I can't stand is people trampling here to make a politically correct comment, like they were getting reddit karma or gold for it. These are anonymous confessions, yes, but if only comments were anonymous too I bet you wouldn't be blasting every single confession with your self righteous BS. I think your attitude discourages people to write confessions, whether they are stupid or not. The only "politically correct" comments I do support are those that discourage people from hurting themselves.

#6664 for a while I could tolerate the apocalyptically loud crashes and bangs and booms coming from the dump trucks every morning (from my room in Hagerstown). 7:30, on the dot, every day, I heard them, and I had finally gotten used to them. but now they're coming TWICE A DAY. once at 7:30, and once again at 8:30-9. would it fucking kill them to come when most students aren't asleep? at like, you know, 11? 12? fuck, they could come at midnight and fewer people would be asleep than there are at 7:30am. I can't fucking stand it.

#6663 @6638 Too bad we don't even have black students in my grad program. Guess even AA couldn't help.

#6662 I always size other guys up (like most guys do) and I can feel intimidated by another white guy, a black guy, or a hispanic guy, but when it comes to Asian guys, I just can't take them seriously. They just don't seem masculine enough to be threat.
