#7216 To all you people criticizing what other people do at the gym: It is true that there are right ways and more effective ways to do things, especially when it comes to lifting. However, in my case anyway, just going to the gym AT ALL is an accomplishment. I know that doing 30 minutes on an elliptical and then doing some push-ups is not the best workout, but I'm working on it. Please don't judge so much.
