#8109 I've been suffering from rather severe migraines for the past 8 years, without any medicines working effectively. In case you didnt know, migraines are extremely painful and I often miss 3 days of work/school because of them. I've read that marijuana helps significantly and in some cases, removes all symptoms of the migraine. If my doctor refuses to prescribe me medical marijuana, should I take the risk and buy some myself (and use only at the onset of the migraine to relieve my pain)? I'm not a regular user...only have used about twice in my life and have no idea about how to go about obtaining / hiding / using. Any tips would be appreciated!

#8107 Okay, everyone. Let's break this down. Not all men are misogynists or sexists. However, enough men are that women have a hard time trusting them, and have a natural instinct of apprehension. I don't know any woman on this campus who has not be sexually harassed, assaulted, or raped. Not a single one. I understand that it is hard for guys to comprehend this, but think about the fact that it is commonplace for us to beg a friend to come with us or stick car keys, or mace, or pepper spray in our pockets to walk to the diner when it's dark out. You don't have to comprehend, or think men are awful, or jump on the feminist train, but you have to read this and think: "Seriously? Women do this just to feel safe? Shit. It shouldn't have to be like that."
