I support the LGBT community and this comic is objectively terrible. If you shared this on facebook, please rethink your life choices. The sheer amount of strawmanning alone made my soul bleed. I don't accept a gender binary but if you think this is how people think you're laughably condescending. All this is doing is painting the people who don't understand as ignorant, sex-driven asswipes.

Furthermore, the suggestion that someone could have romantic and sexual relations with any set of genitalia they wished is kind of moronic. People have preferences. Some people like penis. Some people like vagina. Some people like both.

And ironically it presents a pretty good case for transgender being largely a linguistic issue. If everyone is their own gender then why the fuck would we categorize by it? Male/female designations are done for reasons of understanding the large demographic that an individual falls into. Traditionally, if they've got meat flaps or a fuzzy elephant. The reason why these designations are important include, to name just two, medical and romantic information. If someone is bleeding from their genitals and experiencing cramps, the doctor doesn't need to know if they're female because they are trying to oppress you. Similarly, if someone is only attracted to a specific type of genitals, they'd kind of want to know what you're packing down there.

You're right, I don't understand. I don't understand because my mom got hit by her older siblings when she didn't listen.
