#16177 When I was little, I used to cry all the time well past the age it was socially acceptable for boys to cry over things. Now, I can't even cry if I tried. I have friends and family pass away, and I feel sad, but I can't cry, so I end up grieving longer than most people. Is this normal?

#16177 I'm female, but I don't understand other females. Why do women take such long showers? What is the point? I usually take around 10-15 minutes unless I shave or have had an off day and like to stand under the warm water for a short time but it's not my norm. I just want to get in and get out, especially in public showers.
There is also an alarmingly large number of women who don't wash their hands after using the bathroom. I don't mean to criticize anyone but honestly, that's just gross.

#16176 I confess that someone I knew fairly well died recently and I'm not torn up about it in the slightest. I honestly think it's because he took part in bullying me (he wasn't one of the main offenders), which made me incredibly insecure about a lot of things. The optimist in me hopes he turned out to be a great person, but it's hard to get over how much of a dick someone was to you in middle/high school.
