After like 4 weeks i accidentally asked her to be my girlfriend (it just kinda came out). She said yea and everything was great... For a week.

(Neither of us had met the others parents since we live 30 minutes in the opposite directions of campus and we both work weekends.)

All of the sudden her mom tells her she can't date me anymore because she hasn't met me.. And now she doesn't even want to meet me. She 21 and I'm 20. We're juniors and have jobs. Our gpas aren't the best but they're decent. I was floored when she told me this. I told her that her mother doesn't get to decide who she dates. But she was adamant that she wanted to "respect her mother's decision." I asked to meet her mom. She refuses because she doesn't want to upset her.... Apparently their relationship is kinda rocky.

Well we're still kinda hanging out and texting but I only see her like 3 hours a week since her mom's making her come home immediately after her classes. Yesterday I tried kissing her and she said she couldn't. I pointed out we were kissing before we dated, so it shouldn't matter, but she said it was different.

It's been 2 weeks and I'm sick of it. I really like her and have been patient and understanding, but I'm not gonna sit on the sidelines for a month while she builds up the courage to talk to her mom. What should I do?
