#670 I struggle with self image issues, anxiety, and depression. I feel like the world is caving in around me. I don't know what to do. I've tried going to the counselling center and they were no help. They just made me feel like even more of a failure. I used to cut myself to relieve the pain, but I stopped my senior year of high school. Recently I've had the urge to cut again. I haven't yet, but I have purposefully bruised myself as an alternative. Idk what to do. I feel like in spiraling downhill again and there's nothing I can do to stop it.
