#6993 Okay so this is my first post on here...woo! But really though. I've heard about the Theta Phi Alpha ordeal the whole day. I'm in another sorority here at SELU, and honestly, I found it to be funny at first. Then I heard/saw what everyone has been saying. This is getting ridiculous. If you haven't been a part of a sorority or fraternity before, you won't get why they did what they did. Could they have gone about the issue in a more professional manner? Yes, of course. However, I understand their desire to protect their sorority's good name. It's something sacred, something we all respect and love. That's not something you want to come under fire. I support them! To those who have joined and left, I understand why they feel the way they do too. It's not for everyone. But you get what you put into a sorority. If you don't come around, of course you won't feel welcome. There's no need to trash them because it just wasn't for you, whether you wanted to leave or were made to.

#7056 I want people's opinion on going to school and getting a degree. I wanted to study Criminal Justice but now I'm unsure. I like a few other things that quite frankly you don't have to get a degree in. But I feel like if I don't go to college I'll miss out on a big part of my life. So I'm stuck with taking out loans to go to school or do I work on doing something else.

#6984 I confess that I have not had sex or romantic relations of any sort in upwards of 6 months and am beginning to worry that it is affecting my psyche. I'm not a terribly bad looking guy but nothing seems to be going my way romantically and I think that I am slowly loosing my grip on what logical human behavior is; as I slip, very reluctantly, into an ever deepening sense of socially acceptable reclusiveness. Anonymity provides helpful outlet though.

#6981 I confess that I have my own family, and there is this guy that has his own family as well. He recently was flirting and everything and asked me if I wanted to sleep with him. I would never do anything to hurt my husband and break my family up, and it makes me mad that he would be willing to do that to his own family.
