#26475 So I've got this strugglebus going right now because for whatever reason, I've become significantly more self-aware in college and I can't help but hate on myself constantly. I feel like leaving the comfort of home where I knew my place really brought attention to how insanely difficult social situations are for me.

Like I have some pretty solid friends here, but I dont even feel comfortable around them because I always say the wrong thing or I question it until I hate myself more than I thought possible.

I took this personality test once that said I was 100% anxious and I was like nah, that can't be true. And then I thought about it and I was like holy shit, I literally question every single movement I make. I feel like I'm not even a real person sometimes.

I'm worried about posting this too, because 1 it's stupid (for myself at least) to put this here cuz like whats the purpose but 2 because I use some phrases that I use irl and im worried said friends will see it and ask me about this.

Tbh I've always had hardcore insecurities but I've always been able to reasonably contain them, not anymore apparentl,y and im not really feeling this. It makes me feel stupid and weak and I just wish I could be happy with myself for more than a day.

#26469 I met this wonderful man. He's profoundly intelligent and a loner type like me. We don't know how things will work out in future to date but agreed to be best friends no matter what. Personally I don't think I will be too shattered if he moves away because I want the best for him in the long run and his education, even if I'm not always part of the picture.
