#6854 After having a close death in the family, hearing about any kind of death makes me go a little crazy. My head will be consumed with thoughts that make me dramatic and depressed. But my friends don't understand. It makes me wonder if I will ever have anyone left. Why can't I have friends who are always there to talk?

#6851 Dear Andrew Boldt,
I didn't know you.. so I won't pretend like I did. But tonight, you've become a symbol for a lot of people. A symbol of hope, for better things to come. A symbol of courage, and a symbol of unity to show that we stand as one. I'm sure you're in a better place now... A place from where you can see every single boilermaker across the nation mourning your loss, but determined to move on. I am proud to call myself a boilermaker today, and beam with Purdue pride, I never knew I had. For a minute, after hearing about your passing away, I was let down, and further lost faith in humanity, but then after seeing countless pictures of the vigil, and all the support from boilermaker communities around the nation, I can't loose faith in humanity because of one person. Today has been a hard day for a lot of people... including me. But I cannot even think to imagine what is going through the heads of your parents, your family, and your friends. Together, as one, every boilermaker prays for your family, and friends tonight. We love you Andrew Boldt... the son, the brother, the friend, and the boilermaker for life.
