You don't have to deal with your issues on your own, and I can say through personal experience that the CAPS employees are wonderful, (even if they are understaffed). You don't have to deal with your issues on your own. It's okay to seek help. It may take a while to schedule an appointment, but they're here for a reason. Is CAPS unavailable?
