#29924 My Girlfriend of almost 5 years assaulted me twice within one one year. Both times I wasn’t expecting to be hit at all. I was reading or watching something and then suddenly I feel something hit my chin, she threw her phone at me. She apologized and moved on because we have been together for 4+ years and this could be an one off event. About 13 months later I am laying in my bed; she asked me to get something, I said I am already in bed and I am too lazy, and then As I was preparing to fall asleep and then all of a sudden boom she hit my eye hard with an empty water bottle. I broke up with her on the spot but she begged and cried etc.. I gave in and Got back together and made her promise a few things and within a month she already broke one of those promises.
Wanted to know your thoughts? I certainly do love her as I am with her for almost 5 years, but at the same time Assaults should have zero tolerance and I don’t know if I can forgive her for assaulting me the second time.
